Our Community

Here at Ridgefield Apartments, you will enjoy the experience of a community…within a community!

We feature six centrally located, separate-but-together, apartment-living buildings, throughout downtown Ridgefield, each having their own unique feeling of home! We call them: Beechtree Manor, Beechtree Townhomes, 76 Governor Street, 86 Governor Street, 62 Prospect Ridge and 35 Old Quarry.

Social butterflies will enjoy the benefits of these buildings as most have community rooms, beautiful outdoor areas with the ability to light up the barbeque!
Will it be a hot dog? Or hamburger for you?

There are also apartments that are independent of one another, like The Carriage House, Grove Street apartments and individual units at Copps Hill Common.

Most offer one-level living with elevators and exterior automatic-opening doors that make coming and going – a breeze! All have assigned parking with abundant guest parking! Feel secure with individual security access entry codes and secure mailboxes. Be comfortable in knowing – your safety is priority one with us.

Our Town

All of our rentals are here in the historically-rich Town of Ridgefield, Connecticut. Our residents are only moments away from a quintessential Main Street where they can shop, dine or simply grab a satisfying quick cup of coffee.

Ridgefield’s Main Street is truly an experience – not to be missed!

Ridgefield is also culturally rich – having been designated as the First Cultural District in Connecticut. (May 2021)

Keeping it Local… Within the Community

Being in-town, you are close to the arts, theater, recreation and more! Stop by the Ridgefield Parks and Recreation Center, and Founders Hall at 195 Danbury Road and learn what a membership can offer!

Enjoy what ACT of CT has to offer! (A Contemporary Theater of CT). Want to kick back and see a movie? Make your next stop – The Prospector!
A four-screen Theater featuring current films, from dramas to action flicks plus concession stand! The Prospector is a 501c (3) non-profit providing competitive and inclusive employment for people with disabilities through the operation of a first-run move theater and online popcorn business.
(Tip: Their popcorn is out of this world!)

In the warmer months, take a friend or two, with you to CHIRPS – Concert Happenings in Ridgefield’s Park – Ridgefield’s own Ballard Park on Main Street.

When snowflakes start to fall it’s time to take part in the Downtown Holiday Stroll! An event not to be missed!
